The all new Hero Athlete GS Pro is a competition-level GS race ski designed specifically for U8 to U16 junior racers. The sizes, constructions and flexes have been adapted and modernized to better meet the needs of future developing Heros. Flexes and balance have been developed individually by size to best match the growing junior athlete. Race-proven Line Control Technology (LCT) meets our podium-seeking construction for optimized precision, balance, and power. LCT eliminates counter-flexing for total control of your line, while junior-specific sizes and flexes propel developing athletes to the next competitive level.

Cascade tip:

Our cascade tip construction employs staggered lengths of metal and fiberglass through the tip of the ski, reducing swing weight and controlling tip torsion for smoother turn initiation, increased precision, and more effective full-length edge grip.

Robusta poplar wood core:

Robusta poplar wood core ensures a more performant balances weight, flex, and stability for a versatile blend of power. Used on junior gs skis. 

Titanal beam:

Titanal beam enhances power underfoot for increased edge grip, rebound, and energy through the length of the ski.

Fiberglass:

Fiberglass offers more elasticity than carbon and comes in multiple weights and weavings, making it the best choice for customized flex and torsional resistance.

Rectangular full sidewall:

Rectangular sidewall construction feature a horizontal layering of core materials (wood, fiberglass, metal, etc.) Combined with full-length vertical sidewalls to deliver optimized edge grip, precision, balance, and power.

Full camber:

Our full camber profile delivers the ultimate power, precision, and rebound for uncompromising fis race level performance.

Oversized sidecut:

Combining deep carving sidecuts with wider, modern waist widths, our oversize sidecut delivers powerful carving precision and edge grip with increased stability and control.

Mini cap:

Minicap construction features a small bevel along the entire top sheet for enhanced durability.

Bindings:-

Designed for competitive skiers, the SPX 12 Rockerace binding is based off our World Cup styles, with which it shares its Hot Red colour. Its extremely long elastic travel ensures excellent retention, instant power transfer and superior shock absorption for maximum reduced unwanted pre-release. Its short mounting zone and semi-suspended heel enhance ski flex for even more precision and control. It's only compatible with ISO 5355 A and GripWalk® (future ISO 23223 A) boots, along with skis equipped with an R22 plate.

The ROCKERACE concept comes directly from the latest prototypes used by our world cup riders. With its reduced implantation and a semi-suspended heel, it allows you to control even more flex the ski while maintaining maximum precision: without control, power is nothing!

Spx:

Look's spx heel design offers 27mm of elastic travel for best-in-class shock absorption, confident retention, and a significant reduction in unwanted prerelease. An oversize heel pivot increases coupling strength (boot-binding interface) for more efficient power transmission.

Full action toe piece:

Featuring 45mm of elastic travel and 180⁰ multi-directional release, the full action toe piece delivers best-in-class retention and release and increased coupling strength (boot-to-binding interface) for maximum power transmission.

Multi directional release:

Look is the only binding brand to develop a true mechanical upward release that functions independently from the heel for the most effective 180⁰ multi directional release in the instance of a fall.

Short mounting zone:

The shortened mounting zone provides less swing weight, improved response, and a deeper, rounder, more consistent ski flex.

Long elastic travel:
