Envy SCS H Clamp

The SCS H Clamp is made with our standard 6061, Forged Aluminum. Features high quality paint for a clean look. It was designed to replace the headset dust cap offering a clean transition between the Headtube and Bar. Comes with Free SCS bar adapter and it will fit the industry standard bars.

In making these Clamps we used the same technology as in all our Clamps: Hot Forging. When a piece of metal is hot forged it must be heated significantly, our 6061 Aluminum is heated to an average of 360 to 520 degrees Celsius. This kind of extreme heat is necessary in avoiding strain hardening of the metal during deformation helping to keep a consistent overall look and high strength. After forging the clamps undergo high precision CNC machining.
