If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Straight Line offers exceptional customer service to make shopping easy and enjoyable.

We will offer exchanges and credit notes within the following guide lines.

No refunds will be given if the customer has simply changed their mind.

 

Proof of purchase

If you are able to show proof of purchase (either receipt or bank statement) Straightline will happily provide you with an exchange or credit note as follows.

The item is in reasonable quality, for example:

  1. The original tags and labels are attached.
  2. The item is in its original packing.
  3. The item is unused, unworn and as sold.

If the item is deemed to be faulty, significantly different to what was shown to you, not doing what it was supposed to do or otherwise required by law Straight Line will either refund, exchange or repair the item. (It may be necessary to ship the item back to the Manufacturer/Wholesaler to asses if you are entitled to a refund, exchange or repair)

If you are unable to show proof of purchase Straight Line, in its discretion, may provide you with an exchange or credit note.

 

Special exceptions.

Please choose carefully as Straightline does not Refund or Exchange on the following custom made or altered items unless the item is faulty, significantly different to what was shown to you, not doing what it is supposed to do or otherwise required by law.

  • Gift vouchers
  • Custom foot beds
  • Skis that have been drilled and mounted
  • Modified ski boots
