  DialFLAD system with Living Hinge features a rotating dial for making adjustments to the forward lean angle of the hi-back based on the preference of the user, getting an active and quicker response with more forward lean and a more relaxed response with less forward lean.

  The Step On Split Forward Lean Adjuster, or FLAD™, lets you set your forward lean to one of four settings, or choose the tour setting for a negative lean option when in touring mode. Just turn the FLAD™ to your desired position or spin it to tour mode when it's time to climb.
